Poor leadership is not just skills, it's also a lot of attitude. If you don't really show enthusiasm, sure as anything, your employees are not going to care. Read books on leadership, read biographies from other antpaners. Get in the habit of making decisions big and small. The fifth and final reason why businesses fail is that they have no real differentiator between them and their competitors. You cannot compete on price forever.
