There does seem to be some difference here between whether you want to be more productive or else. I spett a while a couple of years ago, before we went into the pandemic, check into different organizations who had more flexibility. Base camp is very famous for being this sort of officeless, flexible organization. But if you look at the underlying performance of base camp, it doesn't perform incredibly well. Buffes. Another one that, you knowit has this radical transparency that runs through it. All the salaries tar published. It doesn't offices, and yet it's a very low growth organization. Sois an interesting, fair challenge.
