EIP 1559 is a protocol set base fee so that if you pay that base fee, you're guaranteed of being included. And I'm looking also at block times and they've also flattened out and the variance has gone down since the merge. So it's interesting to see that that combination of things is what has been responsible for kind of faster and more predictable transaction fee inclusion on the Dow.
