Is There a Process in Place in Your Team?
When a new pastor joins, they have to serve somewhere else in the church for six months. This gives them time to get to know their team and see if there is any "me" type of thing going on. If it's one person, you know, maybe start pulling them aside and just kind of talking them through. I ask god to give you discernment, because again, you are shepherd a team, m in addition to helping to shepherd a body.
