The Second Factor in the Conflict in the 19 Nineties
Militarization of the entire tribe order region across mali, nigir and bekino fasso. And what were the consequences of that militarization? I think there is probably an element of information that i am missing here. But when one thing is certain, that the region was floaded with small, small arms in that period. It really kind of changed the nature of the conflict in that time period.
