Vishal Agrawal: Sometimes when we want to make an important move or a big move that that internally feels right, there'll be people who come and try and stop you from doing it. He says the reason why they're trying to stop you is not because they knew what was good for me at the time but because if I made that move what did that mean for them? And he asks this question of those in the "1% club" about their goals which are extraordinary arrogant. But as Charlie Munger said this isn't supposed to be easy if it was everybody else would be doing it.
