The Relationship Between Time and Navigation

I bet you not many people realize how connected time still is with the whole thing because your whole GPS is based on time signals from satellites. I assume you've read the book called longitude, which is basically the I'm probably having on the bookshelf there. It's about that relationship between time and navigation and how they overlap. When you figure out that relationship and realize how interconnected like lines of longitude and the time zones with the sun it really makes you think about things in terms of reality instead of just staring at a screen. That's my favorite part about the whole thing.
