Do you program yourself weekly external rotator exercises for shoulder longevity? I think it's a good idea all most times i will add into my warm-up with some kind of bands sometimes with cables. We tend to just get the frozen rice from whole foods or trader joe so you just throw that in and on a pan with uh with a little bit of bone broth in there heat that up in three minutes. Then we always have a ton of fruit around and again jenn's great with that so we shall buy a tons of fruit every few days.
