The Importance of Humility in Dealing With Failure

I am probably the world's worst loser, but you look at every single defeat and there's always something, a ways of making sure that doesn't happen again. It took us weeks to get over that game because it just worked as out. I'm in that humbleness and humility to say, I don't know at all, let's do it all together. And then if I had a player like Sean O'Loughlin, say something to me, I think we should change that and I would make a decision. Sometimes admitting what you don't know is far more valuable than important to the team around youthan admitting what you do know. So why do not listen?
