What Are Your Thoughts on Fractionalization?

Fractionalization is a hot topic these days. It's expensive to purchase an owner, one of one, but there's a world where someone says, hay, i can take the second up in a smart contract. As a collector, i feel like i somewhat own a little piece of this. And i also participate in the upside should there ever be a future sale or a by out on this a piece of art work.
