Is This Wartime Propaganda?

The students not only didn't buy it, but openly mocked it in class. In this recording, is that representative of the way that young ple in russia are seeing this? Oyu know, what was this lead up to this, this aggression? I don't know. It was one classroom, and there's a lot of contexts missing. And i think with so many information sources, even even with a choked off internet in some respects in russia then and certainly now, students were getting good information.
