How to Start a Portfolio of One-Term Rentals

The first 38 doors were one-term rentals, short-term rentals. Most of that portfolio was boarding houses. We had three buildings that were 11 to 12 units per building. It was a rent-by-the-room model and we paid for all the utilities.
