Is There an Up and a Down for Every Single Tool?
I don't know that any one thing is going to take us down. But they're all just different forms of communication, and we think about how disruptive the telegraph was, and the telephone, and television. So, I think there's an up and a down for every single tool. It's just a tool. And because it feels so immediate and personal when you look at it, it can seem as though the impact throughout the world is tremendous. Sometimes it is used in incorrect ways to stir up trouble, and that’s really concerning.
