There's some research that, you know, having a daily gratitude practice. It's a really great overall strategy for our mental health. But I'd also say whenever you're starting to feel overwhelmed, because that feeling of overwhelm is a good signal that our brains are getting pushed to their limits. If your thoughts are racing out of control, those are all probably signs your brain needs a bit of a break. And so if you're sitting at your desk working for longer than an hour, your productivity, your efficiency, your concentration are all going to start going down.
