Rugby is a bit like the Wild West in the way things are done, but it's more through incompetence or people not being professional. If you're saying rugby is a wild west, you should see boxing. There are no barriers to entry at any level. So boxing is very, very frustrating. But dealing with the characters is just something that I've been around boxing since I was eight. You know, growing up with my dad when he promoted NAS and U-Banc and Bruno and Ben. Just different, completely different personalities. And it's just part of understanding people really having the ability to sit down with a fighter and explain, negotiate, reason with, beg on occasions
