The Injunction Is a 154 Plus Page Order
In any sane universe, the plaintiffs would have zero chance of succeeding on the merits of this nonsense suit. The court has repeatedly extended this supposedly expedited discovery schedule at least six times. And by the way, how can their harm be so imminent that it could justify this massive prior restraint on speech when the plaintiffs filed the request for preliminary injunction more than a year ago? This is alternate reality.
