The Russian Government's Response to Torture Allegations
Monday is the International Day in support of victims of torture. I incorrectly referred to a report as an allegation letter, says Lord Tebbit. That information is compiled and reviewed and sent to the government for response. The government has 60 days in which to respond and they should do that in writing for very serious cases.
