Is Causality a Mental Fact?
Barkley: Causality is a mental fact. And we have no reason, except by the simultaneous juxtaposition that we take, to attribute causality to events that they aren't physical facts. He's saying that that's wrong. Barkley: In a way, the causal objection more gives here covers the Kantian version of the transcendental idealism.
