Is There Anything You'd Like to Do in the Short Term?
I would love to be able to say at the end of three years that the GP's workload has become more manageable than it is currently. We need clearer guidelines between primary and secondary care so that we get less work offloaded onto primary care. There are lots of things that we can be doing that will not only improve our own satisfaction that we're doing our jobs well for the patients but also take the pressure off us. I'm sure had no idea that COVID was going to come and hit us all between the eyes. So who knows?
