The Benefits of Surgical Fasciactomy
The open fasciactomy remains the gold standard for delaying recurrence. I think that one of the biggest things that I talk about with patients is not getting stiff. There was an interesting paper that looked at the use of IV dexamethasone with a six-day oral oral methyl prednisolone treatment and it really did improve outcomes after surgery.
