The Evolution of the Scientific Method
The pilot occurred via Zoom and that's part of why we ended up moving to a simpler intervention in that we had no programmed breaks. It was something more feasible to conduct via Zoom. We did learn that participants preferred the five minute breaks more frequently. They said the longer 12 minute breaks were sort of fatiguing, so to speak,. So it was really informative. I'm trying to think about what else we learned.
