The Story of Nikola Tesla

In 1884, Tesla migrated to United States and started living in New York. He eventually got hired as an engineer at Thomas Edison's Manhattan headquarters. A year later, Edison ended up telling Tesla, Hey, can you redesign these DC motors and generators? And they had a tendency to like just spark up and cause fires and break down. So he paid Tesla approximately $50,000 for him to do this.
