How Can We Stop Printing Money and Get Our Healthcare Costs Down?

CNN's John Sutter says the US is $31 trillion in debt. He argues that if we can get our healthcare costs down, money could be freed up to better society overall. The U.S. has 1.5 trillion going straight to Medicaid, which only pays for people 65 and older,. It's Medicaid Medicare. So it's a much, much easier path to get to do to break even where we could stop printing money to pay for all of our debts.
