Boris seems to feel that he holds no responsibility for his actions. His father, stanley johnson, famously taught boris that nothing matters very much and most things don't matter at all. This might not have mattered when he was in relatively unimportant positions, but it's unforgivable when you are prime minister in the middle of a pandemic.
