The Wicker Man by Christopher Lee

The wicker man is regarded as one of the besthor films of all time. It's about a cop from ireland who goes to an island where he finds out there are druidsd and they sacrifice people for the fall harvest. The movie ends with him being put in a giant wicker effigy, and he's burned alive by them.
