We all try to be the best we can when we're at work. But for me, the irony is we're spending more time with our peers at work than we spend with our significant others. For that to happen, I need to be able to fail and learn from those failures. When you put people through those failures and they come out of it, they're a lot stronger than anybody expects or even thinks it is possible.
