The Power of Ownership

Losing seasons turned into number one draft picks. A skillful team started to emerge. Ownership just said in the midst of all the losing, hey, listen, trust the process. Trust the process. It was their way of saying, listen, we're not oblivious to this. We see what's going on. And wouldn't you know it? Over the next couple of years, all that stuff just kind of came to fruition. What looked like losing turned into winning.
