How to Build a Remote Culture After the Pandemic

A lot of it is like being very transparent on slack. Most of the big technical decisions, how we deal with customer decisions, all that ore in public slack channels anyone can go look at. We were big on using zoom. Prior to the panda, it was like, every meeting has to have a zomlink. In a way, it's goten a lot better since the pandemic, because now everyone's on equal footing.
