The Strength of the Unionization Movement in the United States
It's not the unions themselves that instigate collective action. It's a particular person at a Starbucks or an Amazon warehouse. Much of their intention is today on the political process, which I think makes a lot of sense if you look at overall unionization in the country. The chance is that you could really move things in a substantial way, say, via strikes the way we have it in France isn't very likely.
