Know Where You Belong and Signal Your Focus to the Recruiters

You've got to signal to those recruiters, hey, i'm in the game. I'm interested. And so that starts with your headline. That's the truest, most authentic signal of who you are and you can do. So right where says pete, you meed to put in, i'm a project manager or an accountant, or a digital strategist,. Or whatever you're focused on. The reason for that is there've been this mass if sea change in the last two decades where recruiters who were once placed in classified aads are going on monster dot com now.
