I'm a big believer in that strategy should dictate your tools not the other way around. A lot of companies fall for that no matter what tools are using they just kind of jump into the tool and then it's going to magically solve their problems. And I think that does cause these mistakes like you were talking about you know using the proposals to sell as opposed to just to recap the value that should have already been sold right?
