There are three big plants at the moment, one of which has already been closed down by a g l asiz and as a quite comprehensive plant. Thereare also liabilities, of course, but someone's going to have to incur those at some point in time. And you certainly, as we've seen in the off shore oil industry, you don't want those to be just sold to someone that can't, can't fund them. That's either borne by the current shareholders, or it's borne by the government. But the liability will exist.
