I think there are two different types of this fetishization of overwork. Some of it is a real murder syndrome where I will put in every single hour that I possibly can to show everyone else in the world how dedicated I am, right? And that's a burnout trap right there. You see this in nonprofits, but then also in other care professions, things like healthcare and education, social work. So we've been talking a lot about how remote work can change work. But I also want to talk about something you get out towards the end of the book, which is how it can change society more broadly.
