The City of Seattle's Housing Levy

I think nobody knows if it pencils out yet because there's nothing too pencil out. The amount of money that the city of Seattle is already investing in its city budget in affordable housing close to $500 million over the next couple of years here. So I like seeing all these investments in terms of what we need here. But I do think it can get a little confusing for the average person out there. What am I voting for and how's this going to work? Well, and how is it different from other affordable housing, other social housing?
