I think that there is a responsibility to ourselves firstly, because we have to start with us. But also a recognition that if you want to be involved with nurturing and developing other people's children, then you have to understand how that works for them as well. You know, we bring these talented, enthusiastic, incredible children into an environment where they can't wait to be in it. And by the time they're 14, 15, 16, that's gone. It does not have to be like that. This is why hearing the voices through the research is important. None of us want children to turn up an academy, worried, anxious, frightened, plain in fear - but it happens
