The Taste of a Kiwi Berry

Out of every 100 breeding lines I look at, there's maybe two or three that are worth eating. The taste range is really a big filter in terms of what we're looking for. And if we take a flight hit on yield, you know, if it yields maybe 10% less than something that doesn't taste as good, I would always go for the one that tastes better. That's where the consumer is going to keep coming back.
