Xavier: In thinking concepts in this new way, we would sort of hold them as necessarily incomplete. Now we think, well, we've got the concept human now that could utterly and completely replace the whole set of all particular humans. So now we would have this concept as something that helps us organize our experience at the same time as the way we have it marks the excess of that experience in a way that it doesn't now.
