The Different Characters of Israel

Israel has a Jewish character to it in ways that are interesting. It's multi-ethnic and multi-religious, but Judaism itself is far from one thing. One of the big conflicts inside of Israel is between secular Israelis and ultra-orthodox Israelis. Israeli party politics isn't just two parties like you have in America. You've got a wide variety who believe a whole bunch of different things. And so, what's interesting to me is thinking about how you deal with different kinds of groups.
