There are tons of things that I don't enjoy about real estate investing, but overall, I still love it. Networking events can be a great way to learn who does what in the industry and find people who are better. It is a shoulder to shoulder collaboration industry. You will not succeed in real estate without knowing a lot of people in real estate,. Without networking and having a strong, great network you likely won't be successful in this industry.
