i would first recommend getting your mortgage broker. Then when you're looking for homes, some people do hire a buyer's agent or a real estate agent to help them in the looking process. And and then when i found the home that i liked,you need, i needed to get a valuation done for the house. That was a requirement from the bank. So most people put builder reports as a condition when they give their offer. But because it was such a hot market, things were getting snapped in a few days.
