How to Leverage AI to Gain a Competitive Advantage
The most important first step that organizations need to do, if they're committed to apply this to gain a competitive advantage, is what I call an operating principle. The leadership should bring their smartest people who know about AI and work with outsiders for the organization to come up with its own operating principles. There needs to be some boundaries on how much data employees are allowed to plug into third party LLMs. And it's very important that organizations create these boundaries and be clear about the data policy. Third one, employees and organizations as a whole should really have that experimental approach to AI. innovation is all about experiment.
