Hotel in Tupper Lake - Is There a C O Component?

There's not a lot of options in the area. We're trying to figure out how the heckar people finding are hotel. I'm thankful that they are, but for sure, there's an c o component. There as this other hotel here, that's a fancy word for saying htel investor and a, they actually just bought a hotel down the road, like at the same time, or right before us,. And so we looked into this person, and basically, everything they touche turns to gold, kind of thing. It was like, this is the ultimate burman.
