The Zora L2 doesn't have any impact on where or how things are stored. We default to IPFS and then obviously like anyone who knows what they're doing can set and choose where they store their information. So with a choice of using the OP stack, the optimism collective is like, yay, more people using the OP Stack. But then there's another part of that conversation which is the final form of joining the OP collective is actually using the same sequencer.
