Introduction
Rider Richards: What if there's actually a simpler solution that violence is provoked by fantasy? Most of this comes from Benjamin Bratton's book, Dispute Plan to Prevent Future Luxury Constitution. One of the key points in his text is that we imagine defenses and we imagine things to protect ourselves from the future. That actually provokes in others the idea of violence, which creates a crappy future for all of us.
