Reconnecting With Your Reps in the New Year

If you don't talk to your reps as much as you wish, now is the perfect time to reconnect with them in a way that is organic and makes sense. You can say, hey, I'd love to set up a call, a Zoom, drinks, whatever you feel comfortable with. Talk about the year to come and what I should be doing to hit my goals this year. And it tells your reps that Josh is ready for me to shop him out and try to get him work.
