How to Build a Good Parish

Most people in the parish, their role in building a good parish was not in the liturgy. That was if you were ordained to do so. So I would say like, walk up to the, that old man of the old lady and just say, "Hey, can I take you for coffee?" Then start inviting prisoners to your home for a cigar night or a whiskey night or dinner. And I think you will see that that's where the spirit works to improve what's going to end up being a very healthy parish.
