If there was a serious embow ance, i would say, go see a physical therapist. I think some of these single leg exercises should just be incorporated into most runners training most of the time. And for some one like me who, you know, my injury of choice, my crypt to night is i t van sindrum. Without enough strength training, i will typically start feeling pain on the outside of my left knee because of my i t vansindrom from the past.
