The Importance of Zoom in Coaching
I would have hired a business coach sooner. I would have, it didn't look him back at Shelley. I'd have cared less about what people might think when I put out an article like that. If you could alter the space time continuum and give young all and cross growth one piece of advice, what would it be? Invest in zoom. That's one of my favorites.
When you reflect on life, it’s interesting to see how some people step in at exactly the right point in time.
As a young coach growing up, I didn’t have a lot of great mentors.
I knew I wanted to create content, I wanted to use speaking as an avenue to educate other trainers and coaches, and someday I wanted to own my own gym.
And these were awesome goals – but how should I actually go about DOING THIS?
Luckily for me Alwyn Cosgrove came into MY LIFE at just the right time, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Alwyn is the co-owner of Results Fitness in Santa Clarita, California—twice named one of the top 10 gyms in America by Men’s Health and Women’s Health magazines.
Alwyn and his wife Rachel are also owners of a fitness professional consulting company, Results Fitness University.
