Last year I did a pretty aggressive crash diet, where... And you guys are going to hate you for this. Did that for a few months and I just felt so lousy. So I stopped doing that. The second part of the question, why haven't you cut the volume and intensity of all your workouts? I like to work hard. Why? It's not for results obviously because you're not getting any.
