The Importance of a Diverse Team Mentality
I think you're only as strong as your staff and me now moving into a role where I'm really dependent on my staff like I don't have the time to run gyms V and GPS. A big part of my role and a measure of my success is how good they are which is why what you've seen is me putting a lot of my energy into making them better. Tim McGrath for me was huge in terms of collaborating and using the people around him and developing them up so that once they do a better job they're doing a better job for him. The more diverse and skilled my staff group is the better we can relate to them and the better sort of service we can
